A Fair Distribution – v4

A seat at the table
for all of them, for all of us;
Access to real happiness,
to a chance to be free;
Lifted from bondage
our birthright, our hope;
a fair distribution, equitable,
of the things of this earth.

A nations of wealth, abundance,
torn by the roots, casting out the idols;
The weeds choking the wheat
the fruit of a better seeding;
Struggling to follow
our better virtues, our dream;
We should be crying out for justice
for all of our neighbors, for one and all.
