We were formed, molded
within God’s loving hands
bending down and gathering
forming man from creation
the dust of the earth;
We are giving life,
animation,
through God’s breath alone.
A role was given to us
from the very beginning;
to servants of the Master
to tend the garden, the
earth,
keeping it, sustaining,
until our work here is done.
All of creation is held in
our care.
