My love, my desire,
The one God has set apart
The one God wants for me
To be fulfilled in this life…

Sharing everything,
Openly, honestly,
My hopes, my desires,
Joining with me in my dreams,
My hopes as God’s servant…

A partner in life,
A suitable helper,
You alone fill that space
The piece of me
That was missing…
