How I long to hold you – v2

How I long to touch you, my love,
to hold you closely, my darling,
to have our bodies entwined,
moving to our own rhythm,
moving as one body,
to be inside of you, within you,
to feel you as close as breath,
panting together in our marital bed...
 
How I long to hold you,
to breath with you, united,
to marvel at your beauty, your love,
gazing at you only beside me,
as close as breath to me,
to know you are with me always,
to breathe in our togetherness, united,
finding peace, comfort within your arms…
 
How I long to be with you,
to look beside me, to reach for you,
to touch you, to kiss you so deeply
catching my breath in mid-thought,
to know you are with me forever,
to love you as I long to, my darling,
to wake up beside you, always,
waking up beside you in our marital bed…
