Help me to release my pain
the hurts I feel within me
show me how to turn to You
when anger rises within me…
 
Show me Your truth, oh Lord,
when anger rises within me,
show me the root of my pain
so I may begin my healing…
 
Heal me within my heart,
to release my spirit
to cast off my chains,
and love in this life freely…
 
Show me the root of my pain
the causes of my anguish
help to release them, Lord,
to I may begin my healing…
