A grind, a process, emptiness,
A maw, a chasm before me,
Lingering despair, emptiness,
Not knowing what is the truth…

Days became weeks,
Weeks have become months,
An unspoken truth, identity,
Not certain, no proof…

How I long for clarity,
For certainty in my life,
Hope for the future, for love,
For my words to get out…

Struggling in my spirit,
An open question remains,
The message, my muse,
What is the clear truth…
How can I get these words out…
