Important to You

Small, finite, little man
far less than the heavens
the earth, the mountains, the seas
Yet we are important to You
bearing your image
our hairs, our days numbered
long before we are born
known, each one
by the creator of the universe
mindful, aware of me
even me, special
important to you, oh Lord.
