Pulling to up to the house
stopping, a shimmering image before me
the sugar maple behind, swaying
shimmering in the old barn glass
rippled, bending the image
fluid of the glass
movement of the branches
the fall colors, autumn’s breezes
the blue azure sky beyond
dancing images
rhythmic motion
shimmering in the pane of glass
