Turning, as if shielded
love, ever forgiving
blind to the past
trusting, hoping
Enduring through our struggles
enabling, empowering
forgiveness, understanding
beyond our own means
Only in turning,
putting on the love of God
changed forever
that we may live in peace
Love believing
ever hopeful
withstanding all
that we may see God
