Not like the scribes, the Pharisees,
speaking with power, with authority
not able to stay, to preach in his hometown
sent into the country
to share his message of God’s love
something different, unlike the others
drawing a crowd, everywhere he went
a powerful message, rich and profound
changing history, as the word got around
