Christ at the door of our hearts
knocking that he may come in
to enter and sit with us
to be part of the family
Strangers by choice
so we choose to be
when we walk away
turning from our door, from him
Able to close the breach
to open so he may enter in
our free will, since the fall of man
letting us choose, to let him in
to live in fellowship with him
