Authentic Witness

The measure of our witness
what we believe in our hearts
what comes out of our mouths
and the work of our hands

Speaking in the seat of power
or, even more, in our community
sharing what we believe
so that all will have heard

Unafraid, boldly
speaking what is true
sharing of the love of Christ
in all we say or do
