All of us on a journey
with Christ on our inside
the Spirit indwelling
pure and perfect
rough-hewn stone
on the outside
needing to be made holy

Working ever
to smooth the edges
to walk closer to him
following our savior
all the days of our lives
nearer to God
so we pray to be
