Joy to the Saddened

God’s comfort
His abundant healing
His presence redeeming
bringing us hope,
sight to those who are blinded
joy to the saddened
mired in this life
Leading us ever
in the way of forgiveness
in the light of Christ
shining in this darkness
offering God, the living Savior
guided by the Spirit
indwelling in us
