What that world would look like

Hearing her challenge
to truly share the joy of His coming
what that world would look like
if the strangers were welcomed in
if we shared our hopes, our dreams
our joy even with strangers
if Christ was as alive to them
as we were standing before them
What would the world look like
if we actually shared Jesus
if the babe in the manger
was perceptible in their arms
if we could see Jesus
in the face of the stranger
if God was as close
as the person next to us
