God is washing my feet

Something not right, hey, wait up!
this shouldn’t be, what is happening
God is washing my feet
the thoughts that must have been reeling
the righteous man, Peter
the rock, the foundation
on whom the church would be grounded
looking down into Jesus’ eyes
looking down on God
his hands washing
cleaning his feet of dust
God become a servant
turning the world around
