Did the garden shake
did the air tremble
when they asked for Jesus
and Christ said, “I am he”,
we read that they drew back
aware something different
not what they expected
they fell to the ground
Did the garden shake
did the air tremble
their prisoner the Christ
the living Son of God
binding him, yet futile,
if he had planned escape
cautiously going
to fulfill his fate
