We are what God has made us

We are redeemed by sacrifice
by the love of God
sending his Son
to die on the cross

We are redeemed by sacrifice
by giving ourselves
submitting as Christ did
to the hand of our God

We are what God has made us
clay in his hand
only by giving
sharing the blood of the Lamb

Washed by his sacrifice
drenched by God’s grace
rising with him,
to see paradise
