so many blessings

our perspective blurred
our sight dimmed
focused on the dust
the ways of the earth
not measuring up
struggling in this life
yet focused on the wrong things
the possessions, this life
so many blessings
poured upon us
called to be spirit
to walk in God’s light
reborn, of water, of the Spirit
guided by God’s call
to his holy purpose
