Whiter than white,
He shone in brilliance,
sealing the fulfillment
standing with Elijah, with
Moses,
Peter, James, and John
far off, a bit confused
at His appearance
somewhat, as he truly was,
the Son, the Beloved,
with whom the Father
was well pleased;
Ready now for his journey,
fully prepared
for the cross
