Christ become the Lamb,
the humble sacrifice;
Voluntarily taking on
the role of the Servant.
His purposeful choice
choosing there in the garden;
To take on our stain
bearing our sins to that cross.
Christ became the sacrifice
in order to reconcile us to God;
Christ knew the price He would pay
before He descended from heaven.
