The prayer
of believers
to be
Christ’s hands and feet;
but it is hard
to raise this pray
as He chose
the cross.
To open
wide His arms
to take on
the sins of man;
but we are
to remember
that this
offering was for all.
Once and
for all time
this is not
our task;
other work
to be done
our
shoulder to the plow.
We are to
join with Him
in the yoke
of Christ;
going forth
as He did
out into
the world.
