I listened to #Satan #SexualAbuse #MeToo #sin #Shame #Guilt

In the pain of my loss,
feeling alone, abandoned,
wandering in my world
not knowing what to do…
 
He touched me there
unwanted, unexpected,
my body reacted
involuntary, unplanned…
 
I feel revulsion, terror,
when my body reacted,
I had to run away,
as fast as I could…
 
I sat in my room,
feeling alone, abandoned,
I could never speak of this moment
for twenty-five long years…
 
I felt shame, pain,
for a sin I never committed
I believed the lie of the Devil,
that I was at fault…
 
I listened to Satan,
feeling alone, abandoned,
I was angry at God already,
for my pain, my loss….
