Changed by Love

Forever changed, on the mountain
Moses, Christ, those who claim his name
Changed by Love,
the action, the word of God
Our lives transformed, aglow
shining with the light of the creator
welling up within us
the Spirit as our guide
Protected from the temptations
leading a life of caring
Sharing our lives with others
loving, in community
Going where we are called
doing the master’s work
Offering love to our neighbors
being Christ in the world
All of this a response
to the grace, the love of God
the unmerited sacrifice
given for us by our Lord
