Listen to Me

The dual nature
God from the cloud
above the temporal plane
above the mountaintop
God in the Christ
walking earth as a man

Listen to me,
to God with you
the voice from the cloud
commanding us all
the disciples there
standing in our place

God speaking
that the words of the Christ
are his words of love
his message for us too
