That ember of your fire
that seed of the Spirit
that wondrous kernel of God
breathed into me
planted deep
in the soil of my heart
may it ever grow
to serve
to lift
to raise your praises of high
seeking ever to give
to offer,
to bring hope
your joy, your truth
to the world
