Pentecost fulfills the promise

The Holy Spirit descending
the Advocate indwelling
just as Jesus said
while he walked here on earth
Comfort in the trials
a voice to guide our feet
Pentecost fulfills the promise
that he will always be near
God living within us
blessing our walk
seeking to guide us righteous
in our walk here on earth
