The
words important, epiphany
not
in the past tense, static
Not
rose, arose from the dead
rose
from the dark cold tomb
Is
risen, a living Savior,
a
present tense presence
Living
in us, living at the right hand
the
new body, the image of his human self
a
man risen from the dead,
A
Son returned to the Father
Our
risen brother, the victor over death
We
proclaim not just his rising
He
is risen, then and now
