Abraham was a shepherd

God’s hand upon them

marked in this life

leaders of the people

as shepherds to the flock

Abraham was a shepherd

his father before him

same with his children

down through time

Those called to lead

to shepherd God’s people

culminating in Jesus

who is the Good Shepherd.
