release your grip
holding onto anger,
the pain they caused
for far too long
let go of their throat
the record of their evil;
you have sinned
you have hurt
those whom you love;
you have loved false idols;
you lived in that far country
release your grip , let go of their throats
forgive them, all of them;
you want the same for yourself
that others would forgive you.
