A Hedge of Protection – v2

Praying for Your loving arms

a hedge of protection;

the enemy kept at bay

our attention focused on You

Not listening to the wind

keeping vigilant, mindful;

our oil ready, our lamps lit,

for the Bridegroom’s coming

All of us together

witnessing as we are able;

standing against the darkness

shining the one true light

Going where we are sent

called and answering;

“Here I am Lord;

send me in Your name.”
