It
was in the sharing
around
the meeting table,
our
joys, what we were thankful for,
this
week before Thanksgiving
our
collective prayer to God
more
than the sum of the parts
together
a holy whole
of
our love, our hope, our faith
our
awareness of the blessings of this place
this
country, this church,
our
families, the communion of saints
all
the means of grace around us
in
our fellowship, in meeting
in
your blessed world
for
that we give You thanks
oh
Lord, Amen.
