hearing voices joining

finding a union, a voice;

a convergence, flowing

a unity of purpose

for our people, our nation

coming together

divergent interests

bound by our creed;

shared hopes of our people

a common goal, a vision

the many threads together

a unity of purpose

a cord stronger

in the trials to come;

calling us ever

all of us equal

all of us free
