we have hope for a future

we have hope for a future
in the passing over
through the dark valleys
the struggles in this life

only in this journey
do we heave the Spirit
only in giving our lives
to our Creator, to God

we have hope for a future
in the grace of the Father
giving the Son over
to redeem us to Him

to make a way forward
through the gate of Christ
a home everlasting
in the New Jerusalem.
