I dance the prayers of the people

within the circle, freedom,

within the cleansing blood

of our Lord, Jesus

Standing together

before You, oh God,

I dance the prayers of the people

our petitions to You

We begin with praises, with thanks,

for what You have already done

We lift to heaven

within the circle

Our joys, our concerns

the days of our lives, our struggles

I dance the prayers of the people

our trust in You, oh God

For You alone are faithful

Your promises are true,

I dance the prayers of Your people

to You, oh God.
