Emptied in mission
breathing out in worship
God’s love poured out.
Needing to be filled
poured into, the Word,
to renew our flesh, our spirits.
Part of a cycle
spiritual respiration
breathing in scripture
to breathe out service,
to share our witness
to the ends of the earth.
