The Veil taken away – v4

Moses’ veil, his face hidden,

not able to be seen by the children

separation from the people;

The Law given by God’s messenger

a singular go-between

between God and Man.

Light passed from the cloud,

upon the mountain

to the Lord in Transfiguration;

Transformed, transferred

His Body aglow, God in the Flesh,

Creating union.

The third act, the tearing,

of the curtain, in the Temple

the separation no more;

The veil torn away

We are all able to reach God,

we have life forevermore.

We are now able to

reclaim the Presence

the direct relationship,

lost in the Garden;

The closeness, one on one

through Christ,

and with God.
