So
much of our troubles
in
the defining term, “instantly”,
wanting
it now, more, more, ever more
things,
gadgets, ways of doing this or that
the
religion of the new, the better
Claiming
our joy, sapping our energies,
losing
our focus on the important,
false gods that
they are, the
urgent,
blinding
us to the worthy,
the
lasting, even the Divine
