Hearts Burning
On the walk, that ancient road,
walking with our savior,
I felt the same, as Cleopas and his companion,
hearing His voice, in the words of my brothers,
feeling the same burning of my heart,
as I felt His presence, His nearness to me
on the beginnings of this journey
the journey of faith,
walking closer to Him
from now on

Walk to Emmaus
‘They said to each other, "Were not our hearts burning within us while he was talking to us on the road, while he was opening the scriptures to us?"’ Luke 24:32
