He was their seminary
their rigorous, personalize training
more than apprentices,
they were getting the first-person account
of the greatest story ever told
three years of following Jesus
walking with Him, as He lived
fully man and fully divine
More than a rabbi, a teacher,
though he was that
on the job training and walking in the footsteps
beside the foot falls of the savior
seeing Him in action, in love, in certainty
of His mission, His ministry
His servanthood,
even to the cross and the grave
witnesses, participants
disciples, and students
a three year seminary
unlike any other
