My heart on your laws

The words of your Spirit
The God-breathed holy text
The layers of meaning
Guiding me to my rest
God’s word revealing
Love for all men
Healing us by faith
By the blood of the lamb
Sacrifice, dying,
Rising from the grave
We too rising in God’s choosing
At the end of this mortal age
