the sovereign obsessed
abusing their power
the people subjugated
under their boot
the heel of the tyrants
too many people
all over the world
under oppression
abuse of power
too many children
crying in the night
under the blanket
the cover of darkness
too many innocents
dying in secret
the world complicit
when they are silent
