Sharing, with honesty
unvarnished, the words from
God
sometimes uncomfortable,
a mirror to our souls
Sometimes joyous
a smile upon our hearts
Worship transforming
changing our day to day
with power, with honesty
only in that way
Christ in His ministry
spoke truth to the ones in
power
and showed the simple folks
He was the way to life
His humble service
to His fellow man
a model of worship, of life
that leads to our heavenly
home
Trusting that the words will
come
open to the Master’s call
speaking to our fellow man
what the Spirit prints upon
our hearts
a path made more straight
Moving on day by day
on to a higher plane
seeking the Lord
in all we do and say
