In our clay jars
treasure beyond measure,
the gift of salvation
beating in our hearts
Christ come down
God herewith us,
our Messiah, Immanuel
descending to the earth
Such a powerful message
of God’s endless love,
grace enough to save us
even when we turn from Him
Calling us ever, calling
out of the depth of His
mercy,
reclaiming us to Him
out of His steadfast love
