We must not despair
we must not give up
we have hope now
for our Lord is yet here;
there is Light in the
darkness
within this place of loss
and pain
Evil will not win
Evil has already lost
in Christ there is the
victory
for He paid the cost;
God is here with us;
There is Light in the
darkness
in the everlasting love
of God
God is still here with us
God’s Spirit within us
There is hope for our
nation
in God, in the Christ;
the Messiah came to earth
to bring to us salvation
