even when we are wet
sitting in the boat
the winds, the waves crashing
Christ calling us to the water
to follow Peter onto the seas
within the walls of our comfort
stuck in our place and time
fear overcoming our faith
oh, please Lord
don’t make me count the times
Wanting instead to be courageous
to heed when you call
to step out in faith
to give you my all
To go where you are leading
to believe only in you
to step out as I am called
to do my work for Him
