Rising in victory,
rising from the dead
defeating sin and death
our immortal head
Ever to your cross
where you died for me
cleaving to the Christ
may I ever be
Listening to the Spirit
your voice from within
beating in my heart
telling me where to begin
Going as I am sent
just as all before me
spreading the good news of Christ
to a world yoked to sin
Ever to your cross
where you died for me
repenting of my sin
that I truly may be free
