In that moment, in that flash of light
the voice of Christ calling to us
on that dusty road
leading us to the Way
Not what we had read
what we were taught of old
a personal relationship
this is what God longs for
Turning our lives from the world
to the grace of God
changing our lives completely
yoked to our brother, the Christ
Sharing Christ, the Good News
God’s love come alive
walking with us as a man
going as the lamb to the cross
Through his death
defeating sin
in his rising, defeating death
that we all may live

Psalm 146:1-5 (Call to Worship)
Prayer of Dedication:
“Abundant God, we thank you for the jars of our lives
that are constantly being filled. We offer our gifts to you,
that others may know of your abundance and grace.
Fill the hungry with good things. Lift up the oppressed.
Watch over the stranger and comfort the lonely.
Through our gifts, may we do likewise.
In the name of Christ the Comforter, we pray. Amen”

and sermon, “The Proof Is In the Pudding”
