What they say
up on the mountaintop
what Jesus must have felt
burning within
Changed from the inside out
new life under his skin
the yoke of his flesh
soon to be cast off
Like him we burn
when God calls us by name
a passion in God’s call
to change the whole world
to give to God our all
A desire to be worthy
to stand in the breach
to ever stay on this journey
steadfast in our faith
