An echo of the baptism
the words spoken for Jesus
descending from heaven
anointing our Savior

Now on the mountain
a message for us
sent from heaven
in the voice in the cloud

In shimmering radiance
speaking from within the cloud
God spoke to us,
He speaks to us now

This is my Son,
marked by my love.
Listen to him, always,
every word that he spoke

Each a holy blessing
the musings of love
Bought by a sacrifice
made complete in his blood

This covenant we offer
sacrificed in love
God bringing us to Him
in His offering of Love.
